Should you be dissatisfied with our service, you may obtain a full refund within 7 days of receiving your IDL. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. You will need to provide us with your order or application ID number, full name, address, and date of purchase and reason for return.

All credits will be issued to the credit card or paypal account that appears on the original statement.

Please note that we will not accept returns if the document is returned more than 7 days after the delivery date.
